- Enterprise customer enters his requirement as per the template
- The request is sent to agencies registered for Bid4work and to top 3 agencies with highest MAP score in the category
- In Bid4work registration, agencies get an option to buy Bid packages, using which they can respond to RFP’s.
- The top 3 agencies receive a mail with a link to submit the proposal.
- A select number of proposals is allowed to be sent for each RFP based on a first-come basis. Once the select number is reached further proposals cannot be submitted unless the enterprise opts for it.
- Once an agency submits a proposal, corresponding bid points are reduced from their Available bid points. Agencies get an opportunity in the proposal to pitch in with their response/ideas. Agencies can also share references of similar work/case studies.
- The proposals are submitted to the enterprise to select the right agencies.
- The enterprise customer goes through the various proposals received and contacts agencies of interest.
Note: If the Client wishes to share his contact details, the details are also passed to the selected agencies.
